3. Right to Refuse Orders and Intellectual Property Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed through our store at our sole discretion, without
liability, at any stage of the order fulfillment process. This includes, but is not limited to, custom order requests
or design submissions for ghost figurines that we believe, in our sole judgment, may infringe upon the
copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
By submitting a custom order, uploading a design, or providing specific manufacturing instructions, you
represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary legal permissions and licenses to use such
designs, logos, or concepts. If we suspect an order violates intellectual property laws, or if fulfilling the order
poses a legal risk to our business, the order will be canceled immediately, and any payments received for that
order will be fully refunded.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel
quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel
an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided
at the time the order was made
