By entering Ghosts of Derby's contest, named "The Ghosts Files" I am permitting Ghosts of Derby LTD to use my artwork on promotional materials, social media and online store products (ghost figurines).

I acknowledge that my artwork may be modified slightly for practical uses (adaptation to a ghost figurine) and promotional purposes. I will retain all intellectual rights to the artwork outside the uses listed above and I will not allow the artwork to be used for any other products or by any other retail business. If ownership of all or any part of the artwork submitted for this competition is contested in any manner, I understand and agree that Ghosts of Derby LTD retains the rights to disqualify and discontinue the use of the artwork.
